Exporter is not running after reboot

During routine maintenance, we powered down all machines to move them inside the data centre, then we powered them up. After powering them up, hardware-exporter was not started on any of them.

I guess it's because the systemd service is not enabled upon installation by default:

# systemctl status hardware-exporter 
● hardware-exporter.service - HTTP service for prometheus hardware exporter.
     Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/hardware-exporter.service; disabled; vendor preset: enabled)
     Active: inactive (dead)

Also, please make sure that this service's behaviour is properly fixed during the potential future charm upgrade.
