Enhancement Proposal

We generate 62,616 log lines in the GitHub CI for Scenario tests just for 19 tests to pass. At first I thought this was because we switched scenario tests to run with -vve option now. However, I tested with -e and still got 62,314 log lines.

Seems to include many ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 111] Connection refused errors.
