software raid configuration

Hello team,

Trying to configure the software raid block storage using the terraform provider, but it seems it's a missing feature from the block device resource: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/maas/maas/latest/docs/resources/block_device

It would be good to be able to configure all MAAS resources using terraform.

@pescobar it is in our plans, yes. I noticed that the labels were missing so I just added them to avoid having the bot marking it as stale
