How to start this application?

I notice some inner ip such as 10.143.152.90:8000.
The question is that I absulutely can't visit the network.
So what can I use to replace the inner ip and let the application run?

we crawl data from url: 'http://' + self.remoteAddr + '/odin/clients/connected/json'
but how this is defined???
Most wifi devices can't support above way to get? so where is the url from?
