It is set to 0, so when you use the button to export it to a map, you don't get Toulouse at all.

Are you talking about the map screen, and the arrow that sends you to Google Maps ?

That's the thing. But it sends me to OSMAnd, so it could be a problem with this app in particular.

Probably. The one actually coded tries to send to google maps, or to the navigator. I'll try to see if I can handle third-party apps like OSMAnd.
