Hide emoji reactions button for Mastodon accounts

Description of the feature

Currently, Mastodon users can select an emoji reaction, and wonder why it doesn't seem to do anything.

Since Mastodon doesn't support emoji reactions, it would be better to hide the reactions button when using a Mastodon account.
