Feature Request: Add renamecol Cab to msutils.yml

I would like to request the addition of a renamecol cab to msutils.yml. While addcol and copycol are already included, I feel the need for the renamecol command. This functionality is critical for my pipeline as I use it through a custom Python function.

As I integrate cultcargo into SolarKAT, I noticed that MSutils is an excellent fit for handling MS operations. However, the lack of renamecol forces me to use external scripts. Adding this cab would streamline the pipeline and remove the need for an individual installation of MSutils.
