Unable to clone the repository for Carla Unreal Engine ( error : RPC failed; ...)

I'm writing to you because I've encountered a problem while trying to build Carla in Windows. While trying to clone the repository for Carla Unreal Engine I have an error that says this :

I tried it with the command prompt and encountered the same problem

Repeat the command a few times , Also increasing the git http buffer might help

git config --global http.postBuffer 268435456
