New minor version of Workbench to be released this week with support for spoiler divs and overview lessons

Hi all,

A new version of The Workbench is going to be released tomorrow. If you do not build your lessons locally, then there is nothing you need to do. The lesson infrastructure will automatically update on GitHub the next time you push. It will have the following features:

1. support for overview pages (see Process workshop overview lessons #65 for a description of the problem and an example preview of the socialsci workshop overview page: https://fishtree-attempt.github.io/socialsci-workshop/). We plan to transition these in two weeks.
2. support for spoiler class of fenced divs to provide a replacement of the solution divs that are not attached to challenge divs (implemented by @tobyhodges who will provide support to update any existing lessons with "floating" solution blocks). An example is again found in the socialsci overview lesson: https://fishtree-attempt.github.io/socialsci-workshop/setup-r-workshop.html#r-and-rstudio and a cute surprise.
3. various bugfixes including less enthusiastic conversion of dollar signs to math, nav links back to the home page that say "Home" instead of "Next", allowing empty instructor notes source pages, and triggering a rebuild from child documents.
