Expose BigNumber related methods #411

Background

Current JS SDK doesn't expose required methods for BigNumber handling like

Construct/Parse BigNumber from string/number
motesToCspr, csprToMotes - exists but should support custom decimals

Solution

This can be achieved by using below functions.

import { parseFixed, formatFixed } from '@ethersproject/bignumber';
