Connector after switch is always executed #943

Given a flow like this:

Example_connector_bug_20250221_0020.yml.txt

There are no validation errors, but when run the email connector is always ran, even though the switch case for it never matches.

I suspect this is a quirk because of the connector/flow step difference, so probably more of a broader issue to fix like mentioned in #422 (comment)
