Make it easy to add a new entity to cdap-sentry model

Currently, it is hard to conclusively point out what changes are necessary for adding a new CDAP entity to the cdap-sentry model. This should be documented. Even better, check if unit tests can be added which will fail at appropriate places if a new entity gets added.
