Linux Compiling
use the following instructions to build
./configure

if configure command returns an error, it is likely permissions related. to fix, run the following commands:
sudo chmod +x configure

once configure is successfully run, then execute
make

output of make will be located in the bin directory
to execute emtv, go to bin directory and run
./emtv3d

./configure --platform=GPU
make
make exe
cd bin
./emtv3d
