TBC MODULE MISSING WANT INSTALL

I let it run all night long and never went pass that screen its like its not downloading firewall disabled and eveyrhing please help just stuck in a loop is there not a way to download the tbc assest and manualy place in folder if so were does it go

should look like this after extraction SPP_Server/Modules/tbc/dbc (and other folders in tbc folder)

wait confusing me i dont see those folders inside sp server and is that were im supposed to extract the tbc.7z
