cant find Heirlooms in item_template! Anyone pls!

So I want to try to create custom heirlooms and found this guide. https://theeverysite.board-directory.net/t6-custom-heirlooms

problem is that I cant find a single item ID in the item_template for heirlooms. For example, if I enter the ID for Polished Breastplate of Valor (ID: 48685) in the item_template filter in HeidiSQL it seems to finds nothing.

Am I doing something wrong? maybe heirloom items are located in a different directory?

Edit: creating custom heirlooms is maybe the wrong word. I just wanna copy the stats from original heirloom X to item Y cause I want heirlooms in different look of armor. like transmog them maybe.
