Issue

. ~earwrfa/WRFv4/WRFv4_setup_env.sh failed

• WRFv4 folder missing from earwrfa home dir. moved due to quota limits being hit during ARC4 prep work
• Error messages for empty WRFv4 being created erroneously said everything is fine, user did not know to delete the empty WRFv4 accidentally generated to initiate the environment.

Fix

• Restore WRFv4 Folder from Chris's home dir

Comment

1. Write protect policy should be implemented on files used in classes on ARC or foe-linux as a reminder not to move a file.
2. We know CEMAC won't get forewarning of imminent classes etc to mitigate do prep work before semester starts.

Improvements

Some additions were requested for 2020

1. Add separate analysis and output folders to be generated in the future.
2. Catches for empty files in set up script
3. Automated tidying up at end of course
