getca option -> "cannot parse response" #161

I compiled sscep-0.10.0, sscep-0.9.1, sscep-0.9.0 on openBSD7.1.
When I try get ca files(ca-crt-0, ca-crt-1, ca-crt2) from CA server, I failed on sscep-0.10.0, sscep-0.9.1.
but, I got ca files on sscep-0.9.0.

./sscep getca -u http://172.16.x.x/certsrv/mscep -c ca.crt

cannot parse response
./sscep: error while sending message

Any Idea?
