messageType should be "17" for renewal request

I am using the -K and -O parameters to use my existing certificates for a renewal request. I was expecting the requested messageType to be "17", but it is still "19" like the original request. Is there another parameter I should use to indicate that this is a renewal and set the messageType to "17"?

went quickly through the code, this messageType is not yet implemented.
