When I was installing pip, I got the following error. I don't think it matters, but I want to check to be sure. Here's the error message:

michael@michael-Inspiron-5521:~/installers$ sudo python get-pip.py
The directory '/home/michael/.cache/pip/log' or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the debug log has been disabled. Please check the permissions and owner of that directory. If executing pip with sudo, you may want the -H flag.
The directory '/home/michael/.cache/pip/http' or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. Please check the permissions and owner of that directory. If executing pip with sudo, you may want the -H flag.
