Not all of Complement C3 protein is being martinized

Hello, I'm trying to martinize a Complement C3 protein that I downloaded from the PDB website (ID: 2ICF). However, not all of the protein gets martinized (as shown in the picture). I tried this with multiple types of C3 proteins, even the ones where there were factors attached to the C3 protein. The same section doesn't get martinized.

I was wondering if there's a fix or workaround to this.
