15-minutes survey: Include a feature for household vs person surveys

In a household survey, many persons in the household may be asked some questions, while in a person survey, only one will answer.

Thus in a household survey, there needs to be widgets and functionalities to manage who is currently responding and for whom, concepts that do not need to exist in person survey where we only need to know the respondent and it does not change.

This includes:

• Provide a "feature" with all the widgets for a household survey: current person title, switch person button, who is responding for whom, etc
• Provide necessary navigation for handling person change (selectPerson section, etc)
• Provide a way to easily configure a person vs household survey, such that all necessary widgets magically come
