Feature request: Option to not transform case in table header #459

It would be great if table headers' text transformation were configurable...

Uppercase transform is not always desirable.

I spent some time looking at this because I also didn't want that.

Turns out I had an older 'go install @latest` version and when I switched to the current 2.0.0 table headings render normally.

(edit: seems to be this PR in glamour charmbracelet/glamour#262)
