Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Allowing the opening of markdown files from links . THis would make traversing markdown files much easier on a local folder/machine.
ex

Lorem ipsum [my note](./note/location.md)

Currently, for remote links one can shift+click to open them in their browser. But there is NO way in opening.
This would be highly usefull, also making them clickable to allow opening of that file.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simple: You open a note, click on a internal link and the new note is opened, allowing traversal of local files.

This could also function for external links which are .md, so glow could load them, but I could manage that myself afterwards.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are probably 2-3 solutions to this

  1. one might be modifying glamour to return a specific token ex link:./path/to/file.md [1]
And then have a shortcut to type the number on the keyboard and open the
  2. Click to open...

Additional context
Using the current search and/or list to view 1000 to 2000 notes is unfeasible and I just want to JUMP to that file, additionally, maybe a function to jump to it.
