Connectivity Labels

When running a 'Connectivity-based search' UniChem uses 'Connectivity Labels' to flag the presence of common salts and components. The flags are simple text tags associated with some connectivity layers, and indicate whether a connectivity layer connected with a particular tag is present as a component of the record shown in the Connectivity Search result set. Labels are added by default to Connectivity Searching result sets, but this can be changed to not include them by setting the 'F' criterion to '1'. Go to the relevant section in the Connectivity searching documentation for more information on setting Criteria 'F'. The table below lists all current used Connectivity Labels. Unfortunately, currently the Labels list cannot be customized.

'FIKHB' = 'First InChIKey Hash Block' (ie: the 'Connectivity Layer' of the InChIKey).
