1. Add way to set the text of a tombstone via user (maybe shift-R-Click?)
2. Add config file:
   1. Tombstone can be looted by anyone
   2. Tombstone can be looted by anyone after x minutes
   3. Tombstone can only be looted by the "owner"
   4. Level of detail from the /tombstone command
