經常在切換輸入法的時候卡住 #144

切換輸入法的時候會卡住，然後又再也無法切換回中文，變得像單純的英文輸入法這樣子。必須要登出之後再登入，也就是強制新酷音重新載入之後才可以使用

我也是,在程式A可以用酷注音繁中,切到程式B就鎖在酷注音英文,抓不出觸發原因

+1 很常出現
我的作法是在選擇輸入法那邊將新酷音移除再加入
乾脆加入一個可以重新載入新酷音的按鈕
