When you specify a name for the attachment, the custom name does not carry over to Android's Mail app--it just shows the actual file's name. (But the name variable works correctly on iOS.)
Galaxy S9, Android 10
(of course it'd also be nice to enable HTML in Android emails but that's been discussed in other issues)
