Interceptors please

Thanks for this awesome plug-in!

I've been trying to inject fields like the source and environment names for our deployment via the Flume configuration using interceptors, but it seems like this is not supported by this plug-in. Is there any chance this can be added?

I'm mostly interested in the static interceptor.

Thanks for nice idea. Unfortunately, I'm busy for preparing my graduation project and paper in undergraduate school. But It is good idea to implement interceptor interface.

Could you implement this and send a pull request? If you don't, I'll implement this but it takes some time and I cannot guarantee due.
