Logging Cellular -Value 0 mcc, mnc, lac, cellid

I have activated "Cellular" for logging.
I have entries in the log file where mcc, mnc, lac and cellid have the value 0. Would it be possible to filter out the lines in the file where the values are 0?

Those are the neighbor cell records (the servingCell field should be set to false). I include those records because they are important for most cellular analysis. It should be mostly easy to open up the CSV file in a spreadsheet (such as Excel) and filter out those records in the UI.
