Simple rules:

FOLLOW: follow one or more users
LIKE: like one or more posts
COMMENT: comment under one or more posts
More complicated rules:
HASHTAG: use one or more hashtags
MENTION: mention one or more users

Requirements:

HASHTAG and MENTION need to be within the input time range otherwise too slow
COMMENT can have its own requirements, e.g., comment with mentioning one or more people
