although can get json response back when calling zos connect api to retrieve data about the customers. In the installation instructions there are no mentions about such possible errors . Any suggestions how to fix it? Could installation documentation be updated as well?

Hello, it looks like it is trying to use a Cyrillic font. What region settings do you have on your browser (and CICS region)? We've not seen this, but if we have those settings we can try to recreate.

With regard to the z/OS Connect API, what error are you seeing? It says that you get a JSON response back, what does it say?
