为什么你认为需要此功能

当在QQ装扮设置自定义背景聊天背景后，截图出来的聊天记录的背景是数个自定义背景的垂直堆叠，不美观。

联系到哪些已经存在的 bug 或者功能

具体功能需要 / Detailed features requirements

添加一个当使用聊天记录截图功能时，使用默认背景的选项。
开启后，在使用截图功能时，即使设置了自定义背景图，也忽略并使用默认背景进行聊天记录截图。
