Add AppleScript command to show/hide notification

I use Keyboard Maestro and depending on application I have different leader shortcut; for Spotify the leader shortcut is Ctrl+Opt+S and Space, H, and L enable toggle play/pause, play the previous song or the next song in Spotify, respectively.

Ideally for me and other users of KM with a similar setup, a shortcut for showing the current song would be something like Ctrl+Opt+S, C. In Spotify Notification's preferences I can't set it to that sort of keyboard shortcut. An alternative route is assigning that shortcut in KM to run an AppleScript and tell Spotify Notifications to show a notification. I checked and there are no AppleScript commands available for Spotify Notifications.

This issue is to request a AppleScript dictionary with a show/hide notification functionality.
