Dark mode for the notifications themselves? Can't be done with MacOS native notifications, sorry.

Under macOS Mojave, notifications will be dark if Dark Mode is on. But this app should be rebuilt using Xcode 10 against the 10.14 SDK so that the preferences window likewise is whatever theme you’ve chosen in System Preferences.
