Remove applicant-specific columns in "Housing Locations" page #289

This is more of a nice to have, but the following columns should be removed:

  • Total fields
  • Fields fillable
  • Fields with content for XYZ
  • Download PDF
  • Show

These are all using info from a specific participants, whereas Bread for the City folks will likely manage multiple applications. Once removed, this becomes a "PDF management" page where new/updated PDF forms can be added and obsolete ones deleted.

Do we want to keep this for now to help with fixing the PDFs and remove it at a later point?
