Modify the "show applicant" page to resemble the "edit applicant" page. Specifically, the show page should have the same layout as, eg, https://districthousing.org/applicants/101910/identity/edit, with one additional dropdown for the PDF output. This layout could be more intuitive and leverage existing code.
