The left-side rail dark gray bar seems to be taking up a lot of space, especially on non-huge screens.

It only contains 4 items and more are not planed. Lets move these to be tabs on the top nav bar, and make room for other things below -- in-section navigation, or even just extra space for form fields to breathe.
