The contact page needs something to be the recipient of the form. There is currently nothing.

Solutions discussed at ckan/ideas#49 - suggestion is either straight to zendesk, or http://forms.brace.io/

Need to remove the captcha form, and also work out how to notify the user that they have been successful without the forms.braces.io redirect (i.e. pass in a local url, same page perhaps).
