In DCAT-AP 3 (and DCAT-3), dct:hasVersion has been deprecated and replaced by dcat:hasVersion. See https://semiceu.github.io/DCAT-AP/releases/3.0.0/#deprecated-properties-and-classes

The current DCAT-AP 3 profile does not implement this yet.

Should be an easy fix.
