putting a wheel on PyPi #102

Would it be possible to put a wheel on PyPi for this project? This was recommended to me here:
pyodide/pyodide#2056

I'd like to try to use PyPDF4 in a project that also uses Pyodide. Thanks

@mathewdblewis PyPDF2 has wheels :-)
