Here's how you can reproduce it:

  1. Install Tampermonkey
  2. Install Temporary Containers and set Isolation->Global->Navigation as Different from tab domain
  3. Visit the following link: http://moc.sirtetris.com/enlargeJapanese.user.js

Adding the moc.sirtetris.com to exclusions or disabling HTTPZ altogether does solve the problem.
