crashprobe: consider retrieving core files from the systemd journal #166

On Clear Linux OS, by default, core files are always processed by systemd-coredump and end up being stored in the journal. It would be nice if crashprobe could retrieve core files from the journal instead of storing the separate copy in /tmp for processing.

@phmccarty yes, we have that planned it is just a question of priorities
