Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to "Maps" page
  2. Click Advanced Search button
  3. Enter "900" - "15000" in Population field.
  4. Click Apply
  5. The pop-up stays there instead of disappearing
  6. Now, enter Seattle in search bar
  7. The pop-up still stays there. See image below

Expected:
The pop up should disappear once Apply is clicked

Actual:
The pop-up is visible and the search results look clumsy
