Hey just came across this repo -- I'm not sure if you're still developing this, but just wanted to alert you to our work on PEP, and more specifically, peppy. I thought you might find it interesting and may trigger some possibility for collaborating.

That's pretty cool! I've got a ton of ideas on how to improve this package but limited free time to contribute since taking a new job (and the pandemic...). I'll keep an open mind based on your project goals! Are you looking to make it easier for using Illumina manifests as a part of sample tracking of arbitrary computational experiments?
