Hi everyone, it’s been a few days of me running Cliqz Browser fully on Ubuntu now. Loving so much the built-in privacy protection and adblocker. I was going to report this before but didn’t really care at the time as you can easily set search providers with their add-on. But after reproducing it a few times I want to at least ask if this is a bug or not.
After second launch, all my search providers such as Ecosia, Qwant etc. are replaced with the default 4-5 search engines of vanilla Firefox. When I check their add-ons they are all there but no sign of them on the “Q” menu nor in settings. It seems like a small but a little annoying bug since I want to keep external add-on usage as minimal as I can. (Nothing other than Bitwarden)

Thanks for taking the time to open an issue. Could you please give a bit more information about your exact setup? In particular:
Are you on release or beta channel?
Did you install Cliqz with the ppa?
Could you check in about:support (from Cliqz browser) for the exact version of Cliqz as well as the "Cliqz extension" (a bit lower in the page). Maybe the easiest would be to take a screenshot (or copy the content) of the "Application Basics" as well as "Extensions" section if you don't mind.
