Consolidate / Reconcile Log Search Troubleshooting Docs #1910

The log search troubleshooting page troubleshooting-logsearch.md should be moved to Internal Docs, and combined / reconciled with the information there as there is most likely some duplication. Also, looking in one place for steps to troubleshoot is easier and less prone to error.s
