oc sync --tekton fails with the following error for ROSA 4.10 cluster:
oc sync dev-rr --tekton
Setting up namespace dev-rr
Setting up namespace: dev-rr
Checking for existing namespace: dev-rr
Creating namespace: dev-rr
Copying ConfigMaps....
Copying Secrets...
Adding privileged SCC to pipeline service account
Error adding SCC

igc version: 1.35
ROSA user for login: cluster-admin

With the changes to the tekton pipeline, the --tekton flag shouldn't be needed anymore
