For deadlinks/cargo-deadlinks#14 I want to provide the line number of a broken link. Currently, there's no way to get that from an Element.

I would also be interested in having Spans! :)

I want to replace math formulas in HTML with SVGs, but report nice errors if the math syntax is wrong.
