Hello,

I noticed that this issue has been open for a year and hasn't been closed yet. I'm wondering if it has been completed. If not, could you assign this issue to me to work on? I have previous experience with data applications for GitHub developers. Here is one of my previous projects: https://github.com/Vinci-217/YunYing-Back. Although the tech stack was in Java, I am capable of rebuilding it using Hertz as a simple example. I am very familiar with GitHub's API and related functionalities. Could you please assign this issue to me? Thank you very much!
