我希望能在kitex里面实现配置文件读取的功能，以及区分测试、预发和生产等多环境多套配置的场景，当前Kitex还不支持，需要业务自己实现，这种通用的功能还是希望官方能提供下支持

@cdoaini 文件配置是有计划的哈，内部有支持，需要做一些调整才能开放出来
